Hello friend, I’m Yesika Bravo.

I am so grateful to have you here!

Let me take a moment to tell you about myself. 

I am a Licensed Acupuncturist, Reiki Master Teacher, Intuitive Holistic Healer, and most recently, the Creator/Author of the Wellness Within Deck. I have run my own successful private Acupuncture & Holistic Health Clinic, Bravo Holistic Healing, in Southern New Hampshire for over 8 years. I have also been practicing Reiki for over 10 years and teaching over 4 years. Most importantly, however, I am a proud mama to one amazing little guy that fills my life with joy every day. 

The journey that got me to this point has been a winding road with many lessons learned and moments of profound inspiration. I would relive every moment that got me to where I am today, because I truly believe this path is my life's purpose. 

I was taught from a young age that our body's have a strong capacity to heal. My grandparents introduced me to the world of plant medicine. This had such a significant positive effect on my life and health that I knew that I would learn more about these powerful healing allies in my future. 

My interests took me in the direction of Sports Medicine. I graduated from Merrimack College with my B.S. in Athletic Training. At the time I had a strong desire to pursue a field in Orthopedics. However, thee Universe had a different plan for me. It seemed like any attempt towards getting into the world of Western Medicine I was met with a locked door. 

Once I opened up to a stranger with my past desire of learning about plant medicine, I was introduced to the world of Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine. That's right...Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine weren't even on my radar, nor had I ever had Acupuncture in my life by that point. None the less, I looked into this exciting opportunity and all the doors opened with ease, and synchronicities happened left and right! I had finally found my path. 

Now, I should mention...this ease does not mean that getting my Masters of Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine was a walk in the park. It was the hardest 4 years of my life! But I would do it all over again. 

I am grateful for my journey, my lessons learned, and the amazing people that helped me get to where I am today. 

I am beyond grateful for all of my patients, clients, and customers that have supported and been on this journey with me all these years! Your trust and continued support is truly priceless. 

My mission, passion and purpose in this life is to help individuals, just like you, access the full healing potential that lies within each one of us. 

I want to thank you for being here, and congratulate you on taking another step along your journey towards being the greatest and highest version of yourself!
